For WW2 aircraft modellers, a number of IPMS Canada members have compiled an article telling about the Mustang III used by 441 RCAF Squadron during WW2.  This 8 page article includes 10 B&W photos taken during WW2 and 2 pages of colour line drawings showing paint schemes.  This article also includes 3 line drawings explaining modifying the Fin Fillet with templates as well as other info critical to modellers.
For the armour modellers, Don Barclay has a 4 page article with 9 B&W photos discussing the detailling of his RCD Greyhound Armoured Car.  Don did a fair bit of scratchbuilding on the interior and exterior of his model and he describes this in his informative article, which include interior photos.
Wayne Hui has a 6 page article with 12 photos (colour and B&W) covering the building and modifying of his 1/48 Hasegawa F-104J kit into a CF-104.  Wayne used an Aries cockpit set and decals from Leading Edge Models.  He did a fair bit of scratchbuilding to improve upon this very fine kit to produce a stunning model.  His article explains all this in depth.
