The first plane is an F-16C #86279 from the 188th Fighter Wing of the Arkansas ANG.  This jet features the "Let's Roll" nose art and a stylized charging hogs head with white tusks on the tail of the plane. 

The third plane is an F-16C #831148 from the 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey ANG.  This jet features a red devils head on the fuselage behind the canopy and under the fuselage by the main landing gear.  This plane also features thew text "The Jersey Devils" at the base of the tail.  This jet features the "Let's Roll" nose art and the text "Spirit of America" on the side of the jet intake.
