--------------------

The Two Bobs continue to satisfy jet modellers need for F-16 decal sheets.  This latest decal sheet permits the modeller to build 2 different F-16 Block 50 Vipers with a total of 4 different paint schemes.

Decal option #1 includes markings for the F-16 MiG-29 killer flown by 'Dog' over Serbia.  These are the markings this plane wore when it was piloted by "Dog" when he shot down the MiG-29.  Plane serial # is 910353.

Decal options #2 is the same markings as above except the plane has a Serbian flag.  The Serbian flag was incorrectly painted on the actual aircraft and the Two bobs have correctly picked up on this and the decal sheet also has this incorrectly painted flag as part of the decal sheet.  This is the plane as it appeared at the time of it's ferry flight back to Shaw Air Force base after the Kosovo conflict.  Plane serial # is 910353.

Decal option #3 is the plane as it now appears after being repainted.  Plane serial # is 910353.

Decal options #4 is a 1000 sortie markings for 91-0378.  This plane completed the 1000th combat sortie on June 10 1999 flown by Shaw AFB personnel.  This was also the final mission into the KEZ (Kosovo

Engagement Zone) prior to the withdrawal of Serbian forces from Kosovo on June 15 1999.  The instruction sheets contain a detailed story of the MiG-29 kill by 'Dog' as he lead his 4 ship flight with the callsign "Puma 11".

For decals to be interesting to me, they need to have a story that sparks my interest.  This decal sheet does that very well and I quite enjoyed reading the MiG-29 shoot down story the Two Bobs included on the instruction sheet.  MiG 29 kills are rare, so to find a decal sheet that features a plane that has markings of as MiG-29 kill is a Viper I'd like to build.  I guess it's a chance for me to build a bit of aviation history for my display case.

This is a very cool sheet and is highly recommended.
