This decal
sheet from The Two Bobs covers 2 different F-16C's from the Nellis AFB
Fighter Weapons school. Both of these F-16C's are called the
"Taxi Cab Vipers" due to their Checker Board stripes.
First some
info about the decals for both of these F-16C's. There are enough
decals and stencils to do 2 complete models. The "no
step" decals are perfectly readable and clearly printed as are all
the markings for both of these jets. The checker board stripes
going around the nose cone area come in 2 decals for easier placement,
alignment and fitting. The paint scheme of these F-16's is a very
simple 2 tone grey paint job of FS 36118 dark grey on top and FS 36270
light grey on the bottom. Also included in the markings for both
of these planes are decals for the inside of the nose gear door.
Included on the 2 page colour instruction sheets are 13 colour reference
photos for the real planes paint scheme and views of the right side,
left side, top and bottom.
The first
F-16C on this sheet is a Block 52 jet that has a paint scheme that marks
the 50th Anniversary of 57th Wing Fighter Weapons School. This
plane has the most checker board on it of the 2 planes featured on this
sheet. It also has copper coloured text for the "Weapons
School 50th Anniversary" on each side of the plane.
